Program Description

The program focuses on effective leadership communication, aiming to enhance the participants' ability to reflect, act, and communicate in a targeted and convincing manner. It addresses the challenges leaders face in today's complex work environment, including increasing task complexity, shorter time frames, higher quality requirements, and limited resources.

Program Objective

The objective of the program is to significantly increase the participants' effectiveness in daily conversations, which constitute up to 90% of a leader's work. The program aims to develop competencies for sustainable leadership communication with employees.

Program Content

The program covers a range of topics, including:

• Inner and content-related conversation preparation
• Asserting one's own concerns in conversations
• Active listening, persuading, and providing ideal instructions
• Recognizing and resolving communication barriers, including dealing with rejection and resistance
• Practicing with cases and examples from the participants' own practices

Participation Fees

• The participation fee is waived for Charitķ employees.
• The external participation fee is 290.00.
