Program Overview

The Interkulturelle & interprofessionelle Kompetenzen program is a further education course that builds upon the IPIKA-Modul 2, focusing on handling societal diversity and discrimination in the professional setting.


Program Description

This program is designed as a presence seminar, aiming to enhance participants' understanding of counseling and complaint structures within the Charitť. It provides a platform for discussing case studies and reflecting on personal experiences in the professional practice.


Program Objectives

The primary objective of this program is to familiarize participants with the counseling and complaint structures within the Charitť, as well as to discuss possibilities for engagement in anti-racism and diversity networks.


Program Content

  • Beratungsstellen, Beschwerdestrukturen, and Sanktionspraxis within the Charitť
  • Opportunities for engagement in the Charitť, such as the Anti-Racism Working Group and Diversity Network
  • Collegial counseling on options for action in cases of discrimination in one's own professional practice

Program Requirements

Participants must have completed the IPIKA-Modul 2, which focuses on handling societal diversity and discrimination in the professional setting, from 2020 onwards.
