The Polypoint PEP system is used throughout the Charitť for creating schedules and managing time accounts. This online training course provides participants with basic knowledge of the PEP system's functions.

• Provide participants with fundamental knowledge of the PEP system's functions
• Serve as a prerequisite for attending the advanced live webinar for prospective scheduling managers

Requirements

To successfully participate in this online program, it is recommended that participants:

• Coordinate their participation with their supervisor
• Allocate sufficient time for learning

• Note that the VITA online courses can be paused and resumed at any time

Completion of this e-learning module is a prerequisite for attending the advanced "Polypoint PEP Aufbauschulung zur EDV gestŁtzten Dienstplanung" course, in accordance with the respective tariff agreements/professional groups.
