The Charitť Fortbildungsakademie offers a program in Zeit- und Selbstmanagement (Time and Self-Management).
Program Description
The program focuses on the idea that time and self-management are closely related to an individual's personality. It aims to provide participants with methods and techniques to optimize their use of time, taking into account their personal characteristics and circumstances. The program combines training with individual coaching to promote sustainable change.
Program Objectives
The program aims to help participants:
- Improve their perception of personal resources and development potential
- Develop tools to support processes and make decisions more actively, structurally, and efficiently
- Better support goal- and solution-oriented processes and ensure sustainability in implementation
Program Content
The program covers the following topics:
- Introduction to time management and self-management
- Personal goals as motivation
- Setting goals in work planning
- Planning and prioritizing work using methods such as:
- ALPEN-Methode
- Pareto-Prinzip
- ABC-Analyse
- Dealing with personal resources, including:
- Considering individual performance curves
- Identifying and minimizing "time thieves" and "time traps"
- Discovering personal optimization potential
Program Structure
The program consists of:
- A pre-requisite e-learning module
- A one-day training session
- Two days of individual coaching (one hour per participant per day)
Target Audience
The program is designed for employees of all professional groups at Charitť.
Program Duration
The program lasts for 1 day (training) + 1 hour (individual coaching) + 1 hour (individual coaching on a separate day).
Tuition Fees
- The fee is waived for Charitť employees.
- External participants pay a fee of 290.00 .
