Beschreibung
Achtsamkeit is not a technique, but an invitation to perceive as consciously and judgment-free as possible what we experience in every moment. The attitudes of mindfulness, combined with qualities such as compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, help us to deal more calmly with difficult thoughts, feelings, and pains, lead to more balance, and deepen our relationships.
Ziel
The participants learn to be present and in contact with their body and needs with the help of mindfulness exercises. They experience how mindfulness can help to strengthen concentration, reduce rumination, and find a appreciative and friendly way of dealing with themselves and others, thus increasing the quality of life.
