###Description The assumption of the position of senior physician involves taking on a particularly high level of responsibility. This task requires not only excellent medical expertise but also outstanding leadership and management skills. The economic aspects of the clinic and the systematics of hospital financing also make specific knowledge and skills indispensable.


Objective

The participants identify with their role as leaders. They reflect on and optimize their own leadership behavior and receive practical and effective leadership tools for their daily clinical work. Within the framework of a hospital simulation game, participants learn how a hospital functions as a company and how it is financed. They also gain more sovereignty in the successful application of relevant leadership and management instruments.
