Program Description

This refresher seminar provides participants with the opportunity to deepen and expand their competencies in conflict resolution and complex conversation situations as chief physicians.

Program Goal

The goal of the program is to refresh and deepen the techniques and behavioral patterns presented in the leadership competencies section, to develop effective mental techniques for conflict resolution, and to promote a more conscious handling of non-verbal communication.

Program Content

• Review of previous experiences and reflection of implementation and development goals
• Exercises on complex and challenging leadership situations
• In-depth considerations for the development of personal leadership style and self-leadership
• Reflections on balance and potential conflict areas in one's own sphere of influence
• Collegial consultation
• Planning of further steps
• Mutual coaching for personal development as a leader
