Description

Leaders are particularly challenged in conflict situations. The daily leadership routine is often determined by conflicts and can burden the team and work atmosphere. In this course, participants' own behavioral patterns are made aware of in everyday work situations and supplemented by a repertoire of effective conflict resolution methods.


Objective

The leader knows the different types of conflicts and conflict triggers in interpersonal communication, characteristics of escalation stages, and different conflict types. Based on their own conflict experiences, participants reflect on their conflict behavior. With the help of proven conflict resolution tools, leaders are enabled to approach conflicts more confidently.
