The program "Wirkungsvoll und souveršn auftreten mit KŲrpersprache und Stimme zum Erfolg" is designed to help participants develop their verbal and nonverbal communication skills, enabling them to make a lasting impression in various situations.

• The program is open to all employees of Charitť.

Program Format

• The program is a 2-day in-person seminar.
• It will be held at the Charitť Fortbildungsakademie, City Campus, Saatwinkler Damm 42-43, Eingang Buchholzweg, Haus 2, 7.OG.
• The instructors are Johannes Kochs & Team.

Program Description

The program focuses on enhancing participants' competence, authenticity, and sovereignty in communication. It aims to optimize their individual potential for effective communication in conversations, meetings, and interactions with patients and their families.

Program Goals

• To enable participants to convince their audience through conscious and secure presentation.
• To help participants manage nervousness with sovereignty.
• To develop a positive attitude towards speaking and one's voice.
• To structure content using simple and founded methods.
• To increase self-awareness to optimize behavior.

Program Content

• Factors influencing verbal and nonverbal communication: levers for competent and authentic presentation, including:
  • Rhetorical body posture as a starting point for secure presentation.
  • The role of gestures.
  • Inclusive eye contact with micro-conversations.
  • The tone of conviction.
  • Linguistic structure with voice lowering and pauses.
  • Clear vs. understandable speaking.
  • Recognizing and training the connections between voice and body language.
• Free speaking with and without notes.
