The Vertiefungsmodul Stressbewšltigung - Achtsamkeit program is designed to help participants develop mindfulness and stress management skills.

Description
Mindfulness is not a technique, but an invitation to perceive and experience the present moment in a conscious and non-judgmental way. The attitudes of mindfulness, combined with qualities such as compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, help us to deal with difficult thoughts, feelings, and pains in a more relaxed way, leading to greater balance and deeper relationships.
Objective
Participants will learn to use mindfulness exercises to become more present and in touch with their body and needs. They will discover how mindfulness can help strengthen concentration, reduce rumination, and promote a appreciative and friendly interaction with oneself and others, thereby improving quality of life.
