The Postgraduate Program in Organization and Engineering of Production and Industrial Plant Management is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and optimize industrial production processes.
Presentation
The program is aimed at professionals who want to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and optimize industrial production processes. The program is taught in Spanish and has a duration of 4 months.
Objectives
The objectives of the program are:
- To know the key processes that make up a global industrial company and production processes in particular.
- To know the specificities of industrial production plants, their characteristics, and problems.
- To manage industrial companies' operations efficiently and competitively, according to the most advanced trends.
- To give students autonomy in making optimal decisions regarding the organization of industrial plants, through team work activities, practical case studies, and the use of software packages.
- To implement an optimal production system from the point of view of efficiency and competitiveness.
Target Audience
The program is aimed at:
- University graduates and licensed professionals, preferably in the field of engineering and business administration.
- Diploma holders or first-cycle graduates from technical studies (engineering or similar) or business administration.
- People with homologated degrees from foreign universities.

- Processos Industrials i Direcció de Plantes (4 ECTS)
- Disseny i Gestió de Processos i Plantes Industrials (6 ECTS)
