The university program focuses on promoting emotional well-being among students. The 5th edition of the "C‡psules per al Benestar emocional" (Emotional Well-being Capsules) course aims to provide students with the tools and resources necessary to maintain their emotional well-being during their university years.


Course Details

  • Duration: The course will take place from October 13 to November 28, 2025.
  • Format: The course will be held online, with asynchronous activities to allow students to complete the course at their own pace.
  • Content: The course consists of 10 video capsules, each 20 minutes long, which will be released two at a time. Students will also be required to complete questionnaires and tests to assess their emotional well-being.
  • Objectives: The course aims to promote the development of personal and social skills, improve self-esteem, reduce mental health problems, and provide early detection and intervention.
  • Target Audience: The course is designed for university students between the ages of 18 and 35.

Course Structure

  • Initial Questionnaire: Students will complete an initial questionnaire to assess their emotional well-being.
  • Video Capsules: Students will watch 10 video capsules, each 20 minutes long, which will cover various topics related to emotional well-being.
  • Questionnaires and Tests: Students will complete questionnaires and tests to assess their understanding of the course material and their emotional well-being.
