Course Requirements

• Learners should have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (such as Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• No previous knowledge or experience of Co-Pilot or artificial intelligence is required.
• A Microsoft 365 Business Subscription with Copilot activated is recommended, but students with a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and Copilot activated can still join the course.

The Professional Academy Diploma is assessed through a combination of an Action Learning Log and a final Business Report. The Action Learning Log captures your reflections and applied learning throughout the course, while the Business Report demonstrates your ability to apply AI productivity tools and prompt engineering strategies to real-world workplace scenarios.

Many courses are available in various formats, including Live Online, On Campus, and On Demand. All formats cover the same course content, offering flexibility in how you learn.
