• Unit 2: Personal Brand & Career Confidence in Action: Participants learn to identify their unique strengths, values, and purpose, enabling them to articulate these clearly and confidently.
• Unit 3: Strategic Networking: This unit provides a strategic framework for communicating strengths, leveraging online platforms, and building a personal career action plan.

Levels of the Skill Sprint

The Skill Sprint is offered at multiple levels, each designed to build on the previous one, increasing in breadth and depth of learning:

• Level 1: Focuses on essential knowledge and core techniques, ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their skills.
• Level 2: Introduces more advanced concepts, suited to those with some prior experience in the subject.
• Level 3: Explores strategic or specialist application of learning, relevant to senior professionals or those applying these skills at an organizational level.

Assessment and Certification

• Assessment: Pre-learning evaluation, quizzes after each unit, and a post-learning evaluation.
• Certification: Upon successful completion, participants receive a UCD Professional Academy Skill Sprint badge.

Continuing Learning Journey

After completing the Skill Sprint, participants can continue their learning journey by taking the next level of the Skill Sprint or exploring other Skill Sprints and Professional Academy Diplomas and Certificates offered by UCD Professional Academy.
