The Trust and Psychological Safety course is designed for all staff who wish to better understand the importance of developing psychological safety for teams and utilize a model to monitor how they are building and maintaining trust amongst peers.

The course duration is 3.5 hours.

Topics Covered

• The concepts of trust and psychological safety from a work perspective
  • The Trust Triangle
  • The overlap between trust and psychological safety
• Participants will be challenged to reflect and explore the concepts of Trust and Trustworthiness
• Participants will be given the opportunity to evaluate where they and their team members may be on psychological safety measurement and the implications of the result

Following the session, participants will be provided with resources to further engage in the topic, which may include suggested reading, videos, or other online content and materials to continue their development.
