Program Overview

Aurora Leadership Programme

The Aurora Leadership Programme is a woman-only leadership development programme designed to address the under-representation of women in higher-education leadership roles. It brings together leadership experts and higher education institutions to enable participants to maximize their own potential. The programme combines development days with self-directed learning, giving participants the freedom to pursue areas of need or interest in their own time. In-house mentoring assists them in applying their learning within their own institutions.
