Introduction to the Industrial Design Program
The Industrial Design program provides students with a broad foundation as designers. Upon graduation, students can specialize in the master's program in Industrial Design, where they have the freedom to create their own curriculum and develop a unique profile.

Master's Program Details
The TU/e Industrial Design Bachelor diploma offers direct access to the Master program of Industrial Design at TU/e. The Master's program focuses on design research, allowing students to deepen their knowledge of expertise areas and prepare for a future career in:
- Design Leadership and Entrepreneurship
- Constructive Design Research
- Research Design and Development
Curriculum Structure
The ID master curriculum includes:
- One compulsory core course: Constructive Design Research
- One track course
- 25 ECTS of free elective space
- 3 semester-long projects
In the first semester of year 2, students have the freedom to choose from the following options:
- An exchange
- Master courses in ID or externally
- Preparing for their final master project in or outside the university
