For Whom
This course is designed for students with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and/or AD(H)D (Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder) who may experience unique challenges in their studies.
What's It All About
During this course, students will deepen their understanding of ASD and AD(H)D and learn about the specific difficulties the diagnosis can bring. The course will cover practical strategies to cope with these challenges in an academic and personal setting and provide a safe space for discussing common experiences and sharing personal tips.
Content
The course includes:
- Psycho-education ASD and AD(H)D
- Understanding shame, challenging negative thoughts, and coping strategies
- Perfectionism and fear of failure
- Motivation and concentration
- Dealing with overstimulation
Practical Information
The course consists of 5 weekly sessions of 2 hours. Students can sign up through a quick referral.
