Mastering Data & AI Program

The Mastering Data & AI (MDAI) program is a comprehensive professional education program organized by EAISI Academy. It provides professionals with a solid grounding in the field of data, machine learning, and AI, enabling them to obtain strategic autonomy in concepting and applying it within their own field of work.

Program Structure

The program is structured into three sequential modules, each building upon the previous one. Participants have the flexibility to enroll in the full program or select individual modules that align with their specific interests and needs.

Module 1: Introduction to Data & AI

This initial module serves as the stepping stone into the world of MDAI. Participants will gain a solid understanding of fundamental concepts and principles in this introductory phase.

Module 2: Applications of Data & AI

In the second module, participants will delve deeper into practical applications of MDAI. This stage focuses on real-world scenarios, case studies, and hands-on experiences to solidify knowledge.

Module 3: Mastering Data & AI

The final module represents the pinnacle of the program. Here, participants will master advanced techniques, tackle complex challenges in their own organization, and gain the expertise needed to excel in MDAI.

Program Details

• The program is designed for two distinct groups of professionals: Business Managers (Analytics Translator) and Experts in the field of Data Science & AI.
• Participants can choose from two different learning paths:
  • Data & AI for Business Managers (Analytics Translator): For professionals who want to learn and understand how Data Science and Artificial Intelligence influence their fields.
  • Data & AI for Experts (Data Scientist): For professionals who want to learn to develop machine learning solutions and understand the business implications of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
• The program includes challenge-based learning, with participants completing three CRISP-DM Data Science projects:
  • Introduction to Data & AI: A stylized individual assignment
  • Applications of Data & AI: A complex, realistic data challenge worked on with a group
  • Mastering Data & AI: A substantial project in the participant's own organization, supervised and supported by experts
• Electives are offered in the 'Applications' and 'Mastering' modules, allowing participants to tailor the program to their personal learning goals and role within the organization.

Personal Guidance and Support

• Personal guidance is central to the program, with support from experts and lecturers throughout.
• Participants receive help in selecting the right track and tailoring the program to their learning objectives and organizational challenges.
• Interactive sessions and access to an online platform are provided, ensuring a network of experts and alumni is always available.

Lecturers and Experts

• The program features a range of experienced lecturers and experts in the field of Data Science and AI.
• Examples of lecturers include Dr. Joran Lokkerbol, Dr. Daniel Kapitan, and Dr. ir. Bregje van der Staak, among others.

Core and Generative AI

• The core of the Mastering Data & AI program lies in discriminative AI, involving building and applying predictive models and data science techniques.
• Generative AI is integrated throughout the program, complementing and enhancing the power of discriminative models.
