Program Overview


Program Overview

The Master's program in Automotive Technology has a total duration of two years, with each year accounting for 60 EC. The complete program has a study load of 120 EC.


Program Structure

The general structure of the MSc program is as follows:


  • Year 1: 30 EC core courses, 15 EC specialization elective courses, and 15 EC free electives
  • Year 2: 15 EC internship, and 45 EC graduation project

Academic Year

The academic year, starting in September, is divided into two semesters of about 30 EC each. Each semester consists of two quartiles (1,2 and 3,4).


Specialization and Course Selection

Students select a specialization and, in consultation with their mentor, choose their specialization and free elective courses.


Exam Program

Students must register their exam program using the 'Registration exam program' form. Changes to the exam program can be made using the 'Change exam program' form, which is submitted to the Examination Committee AT-SC-SET through Osiris Case.
