Teacher Training Program

The Strategic Plan of the Autonomous University of Madrid aims to promote, value, and recognize the quality of its teaching. Guided by this objective, a program offering training and support has been launched.

Program Overview

The Teacher Training Program offers various training opportunities for all UAM teaching staff. The aim of these courses is to help faculty acquire skills and competencies that will enhance their teaching profile.

Initial Training Program

Training to develop the teaching skills of newly hired teachers at the UAM.

Title of Expert in University Teaching Methodology

Program that promotes the improvement of the quality of university teaching and the deployment of the UAM's professional teaching development framework.

Title of Expert in University Mentoring

Program focused on training university teachers with a comprehensive and pioneering vision on how to promote quality support for university faculty.
