Introduction
The Máster Universitario en Atención a la Diversidad en Centros Bilingües de Educación Infantil y Primaria (MADEB) is a master's program designed to provide students with the necessary competencies to work as teachers in bilingual education centers. The program combines the approach of Integrated Content and Language Learning (AICLE) with the principles and resources of inclusive education for students with different abilities.
Program Structure
The MADEB program is structured into three blocks:
- The first block is taught in English and provides training on bilingualism, language acquisition, AICLE, and interculturality.
- The second block focuses on educational intervention to promote inclusion in areas such as learning difficulties, socio-emotional development, and education for citizenship and digital literacy. This block is taught in both Spanish and English.
- The third block includes subjects on educational research, allowing students to develop a professional profile and acquire competencies in research methodology and advanced data analysis.

Admission Requirements
To be admitted to the MADEB program, applicants must:
- Hold an academic degree that enables them to practice the regulated profession of Teacher (Degree in Teaching, Diploma in Teaching)
- Have a degree from a university in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) or outside of it, with a title homologated to the regulated profession of Teacher by the Ministry of Education and Professional Training
- Accredit a level B2 in English, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (FCE or CAE, or equivalent)

- Official certificate accrediting English level (FCE or CAE, or equivalent)
- Accreditation of knowledge of Spanish C1 (for students whose first language is not Spanish)
- Access title: In case of having completed studies at the time of applying for access to the master's program, the title/diploma of degree, license, diploma, or equivalent must be attached to the application

- Formación académica complementaria y trayectoria profesional y/o de investigación relacionada con el Máster: Up to 20%
- Experiencia profesional relacionada directa o indirectamente con el perfil del Máster: Up to 20%
Profile of Admission
The ideal candidate for the MADEB program is a teacher in Primary or Infant Education, preferably with mentions in Foreign Language English, Hearing and Language, or Inclusive Education. Diplomates in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related fields are also eligible.
