The Programa CITIUS is a postgraduate training program that allows students to start their professional career through internships in companies, promoting their employability. The program is a joint initiative between the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona.

Presentation

The Programa CITIUS is a postgraduate training program that consists of a Practical Training Plan in a company and an Academic Training Plan imparted at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. The program aims to complete the training of university graduates to favor their professional insertion in the company.

Objectives

The main objective of the program is to provide students with the necessary experience and knowledge to access a satisfactory job as soon as possible.

Characteristics

• Economic endowment: A minimum of 800 gross per month.
• Duration: The program lasts for one year, with a vacation period determined by the company.
• Schedule: Full-time, according to the company's schedule.
• Training Plan: A minimum of 20 ECTS of postgraduate training imparted by the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in face-to-face, semi-face-to-face, and online courses.
• Certificate from the receiving company.

• Credits: 62 ECTS.
• Modality: Face-to-face.
• Duration: From April 2025 to September 2026 (57th edition) and from October 2025 to March 2027 (58th edition).
• Schedule: According to the annex to the agreement.
• Place of implementation: Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.

Admission and Enrollment

Requirements for Access

To access the program, students must meet the following requirements:

• Hold an official university degree in a field related to the program.
• Not be older than 30 years.
• Have obtained their university degree in the last 4 years.
• Not have previously enjoyed a practice grant in the program or in a similar program.
• Not have professional experience related to their degree after completing their studies.
