How to Write a Novel

The "How to Write a Novel" course is led by Dr. Joanne Richards, an internationally published novelist with a PhD in Creative Writing from Wits University. The course covers the fundamental principles of writing fiction, from conception to execution, and is suitable for would-be and novice writers as well as more experienced practitioners.

Instructor Biography

Dr. Joanne Richards is an internationally published novelist with a PhD in Creative Writing from Wits University. She has published five novels, including "The Innocence of Roast Chicken," which topped the South African bestseller list in its first week and remained there for fifteen weeks. Dr. Richards runs the creative writing training company, All About Writing, with Richard Beynon.
