- The course is aimed at commercial attorneys, paralegals, bankers, and corporate employees of borrowers who are involved in different stages of syndicated financing transactions.
- The course will be presented by Tanaka Mparutsa, a PhD Candidate in Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town.

- The course will be held remotely over three days.

- Tanaka Mparutsa is a PhD Candidate in Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town.

- She has obtained degrees in LLB, LLM in Commercial Law, and LLM in International Commercial Law and Practice.
- She has practiced in the areas of government contracts, public procurement law, and commercial law.
