Introduction to the Career Design Training Program

The Career Design Training Program for Female Research and Education Support Staff is a unique initiative designed to support the career development of female staff members involved in research and education at the university. The program aims to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to balance their work and personal life, while also fostering a sense of fulfillment and enjoyment in their careers.

The program is scheduled to take place on October 17th and 24th, and is open to female staff members who are involved in research and education support. The program will cover topics such as career design, work-life balance, and personal development, and will provide participants with the opportunity to network with other female staff members and share their experiences.

• Location: Toyonaka Campus, Bunri-Kyoyo Research Building, 6th and 7th floors, Common Lecture Room
• Target Participants: Female staff members involved in research and education support, including technical staff, research assistants, and administrative staff
• Prerequisites: Participants must be available to attend both days of the program
