Introduction to the Maple Program
The Maple Program is one of the short-term student exchange programs at Osaka University, promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), and the Japan Student Service Organization (JASSO).
Program Overview
This program is especially designed by the Center for Japanese Language and Culture (CJLC) to help students improve their language skills, enhance their knowledge of Japanese culture and society, towards their respective academic goals. The program aims to develop proficient individuals with in-depth understanding of Japan from various perspectives, comparing and contrasting with their own language and background.
Program Structure
The program includes various events and activities, such as:
- Orientation for the Maple Program
- Completion ceremony of the Maple Program
- Independent Study Presentation (MIS Presentation)
