The Regional Innovation Adviser School (RIAS) is a practical ability development program aimed at employees of financial institutions and support organizations in the region. Through this program, participants can develop the ability to identify the business value of companies and provide effective support.
Program Overview
The RIAS program is designed to help participants develop the skills necessary to support regional companies in their innovation and business development efforts. The program consists of two courses: the Basic Course and the Advanced Course.
Basic Course
The Basic Course is a 3-month program that takes place from June to September. The course includes:
- Entrance fee: 300,000 yen (including tax)
- Classes: Every Tuesday from 18:30 to 21:00 and every other Saturday from 10:30 to 17:30
- Curriculum:
- Entrance research
- Lectures on innovation and new business development
- Business concept development exercises
- Presentation skills training
Advanced Course
The Advanced Course is a 3-month program that takes place from October to January. The course includes:
- Entrance fee: 300,000 yen (including tax)
- Classes: Every Tuesday from 18:30 to 21:00 and every other Saturday from 10:30 to 17:30

- Lectures on organization and personnel management
- Business planning exercises
