The Electrical and Mechanical Engineering BEng program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to reimagine the future. Electrical engineers create more powerful, efficient, and universal products, systems, and materials to address the future needs of societies and pioneer change on a global scale.
Program Details
Overview
Our programs in Electronics and Electrical Engineering are comprehensive and well-structured. Students will have access to state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, including industry-standard software and hardware, as well as in-person and remote labs.
Final Year Project
As part of the MEng program, students have the option of undertaking their final year project as either:
- A 6-month paid industry placement
- A 6-month project at an overseas research institution
- An in-house research project Students will be supported by a dedicated placement team.
