Program Introduction

The Chinese Language + Intelligence Science Program is a 100% English Speaking Program that combines Chinese courses with a specific major study. The program duration is 4-6 months, focusing on one of the following majors: artificial intelligence, intelligent construction, robotics engineering, intelligent internet, smart grid, renewable energy, data science, or big data technology. The program aims to introduce students to knowledge and industry development through academic lectures, providing an in-depth understanding of China's innovation and development in one of the fields above.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Age: 18-40 years old
• Non-Chinese citizens with valid passports
• Friendly to China, with no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution
• In good physical and mental health, with good academic and behavioral standing
• Currently registered as a full-time student in a foreign higher institution/college/university

Documents Needed for Application

The following documents are required for application:

1. Academic Certificate
2. Official Academic Transcripts Issued by Your Current Home University
3. CV: including educational background, work experience, and publication list if available
4. Study Plan/Research Proposal: around one page is sufficient
5. Insurance Document
6. Language Proficiency Certificate:

• TOEFL 80 or above
• IELTS 6.0 or above
• Other certificates of the same proficiency level which are accepted by HUST
• Or the previous degree education was instructed in English

7. Passport Photocopy
8. Physical Examination Form
9. Certificate of Non-criminal Record: a certificate issued by your local police station or law enforcement agency certifying that you have no previous criminal record
10. Nomination Letter Issued by your Home University is preferred

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for the program is 12,000 CNY per semester per student.
