Program Overview

The 2025 "National Training Program" for Shaanxi Province's primary school principals' capacity-building training class (management leadership capacity enhancement) was successfully held. The training lasted for 12 days and covered modules such as school management governance, school culture construction, and smart empowerment. The training included specialized topics such as human-centered school management, school culture and characteristic construction, and AI-assisted school management and education enhancement.

• The training was attended by 50 primary school principals from various cities in Shaanxi Province.
