Logbook

Students participating in exchange studies must keep a logbook to document their experiences and learning outcomes. The logbook must include:

1. A description of the clinical environments they worked in
2. The types of patients they saw and the extent of their involvement in patient care
3. The other educational activities they participated in (e.g., lectures, seminars)
4. A clinical assessment form signed by their supervisor

Transcript of Records/Certificate of Attendance

After completing their exchange studies, students must obtain a Transcript of Records/Certificate of Attendance from the receiving university. This document is required for the student's exchange studies to be recognized.

Recognition of Exchange Studies

To have their exchange studies recognized, students must:

1. Complete their exchange studies and obtain a Transcript of Records/Certificate of Attendance
2. Meet with the course coordinator to discuss their exchange studies and provide documentation
3. Fill out a recognition application form
