Program Overview

The LINGSOFT program is a course of high formation that focuses on symbolic language and soft skills in group training. The course aims to provide participants with the skills to use symbolic language, particularly through the use of fairy tales and evocative themes, to approach group training and monitor, measure, and enhance individual transversal skills.


Course Objectives

The course objectives include:


  • Acquiring skills related to the use of symbolic language in group training
  • Understanding the use of fairy tales and evocative themes to "put on stage" and "dramatize" experiences, problems, and resources within groups
  • Developing skills in creativity, fantasy exercises, and soft skills
  • Applying the acquired skills in various professional contexts, including training and human resource management

Target Audience

The course is designed for students and graduates in Philosophy, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education Sciences, Primary Education Sciences, and Sociology. It is also suitable for professionals in training, management, and human resource management who can apply the skills acquired in their work environment.


Course Structure

The course will consist of 6 days of 7 hours each, with a combination of frontal lessons and group exercises. A final test will be administered at the end of the course.

  • Introduction to symbolic language and its use in group training
  • Theoretical and practical aspects of fairy tales and evocative themes
  • Soft skills in group training, including social, behavioral, and emotional abilities
