The Organizational Leadership B.A. or B.S. program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead and manage dynamic projects and people. The program is offered online by Oregon State University's College of Business, which is accredited by AACSB International.

Program Details

• The program requires a minimum of 180 quarter credits, with at least 60 upper-division credits.
• The online organizational leadership program includes:

  • Major requirements: Organizational Leadership
• Additional program features include:
  • PRIME Experience: a 4-credit learning experience that allows students to choose between a professional internship, research project, international experience, mentoring and coaching experience, or an experiential learning or entrepreneurship project.
  • Transfer credits: some degree requirements may be transferred from other institutions, with a minimum of 45 credits of the last 75 credits required to be completed at Oregon State.
