    • This course focuses on the creation of manuals, instructions, and overviews, teaching students how to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Usability and User-Centered Design
    • Students learn about usability principles and user-centered design methodologies to create accessible and user-friendly documentation.
  • Technical Editing - SOPs and Flowcharts
    • This course covers technical editing techniques, including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts.
  • Single-Sourcing and Methodology
    • Students are introduced to single-sourcing methods and learn how to apply them in technical writing projects.
  • Portfolio Creation
