Cybersecurity management is the practice of protecting an organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber attacks, theft, and damage.


Overview

Cybersecurity management involves assessing risks, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities, and planning for and responding to incidents. Effective cybersecurity management requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills.

  • In-person: Corvallis. Attend classes in Austin Hall, a $50 million, 100,000-square-foot building with five research centers, a marketing research suite, 10 classrooms, 23 computer- and teleconference-equipped project rooms, a 250-seat auditorium, a café, and faculty offices.
  • Online. Study from anywhere and earn one of the 100% online, fully AACSB-accredited business degrees. Nationally top-ranked for online learning, classes are taught by business faculty known for research excellence and industry experience.
  • Portland Hybrid. Experience a flexible blend of online coursework and in-person sessions. In-person meetings are held at the Robertson Collaborative Life Sciences Building on Portland's South Waterfront, typically scheduled on a weekday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
