Introduction

Admission Requirements

- English language proficiency at the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), if the applicant's undergraduate degree was not taught in English.
- German language proficiency, if the applicant's undergraduate degree was not taught in German.
Tuition Fees
There are no tuition fees for the program. However, students must pay administrative fees and contributions for the public transportation ticket.
Program Structure
The program consists of a compulsory section, an elective section, an application-oriented section, and a final master's thesis. The compulsory section (36 credit points) focuses on theoretical and empirical methods, with an emphasis on financial economics. The elective section allows students to create their individual study profile, with a minimum of two modules (12 credit points each) in economic theory, empirical economics, or economic policy analysis.
