Introduction to the Program

The Freie Universität Berlin offers a comprehensive program in "Trainer*in im betrieblichen Wissensmanagement" (Trainer in Corporate Knowledge Management). Additional Components

In addition to the modules, participants will work on a practical project, applying the concepts learned during the program to their own organizational context. This project will be presented and discussed in a final workshop, providing an opportunity for feedback and reflection.

Certification

Upon completing the program and presenting their practical project, participants will receive a certificate from the Freie Universität Berlin.

The program is led by Dr. Nadja Cirulies, an experienced consultant for organizational development and employee-oriented management, as well as a trainer and university lecturer with research focuses on vocational education and intercultural cooperation.
