Business & Tax Law Program
The College of Law offers students a sophisticated program in business, finance, and tax. In addition to the basic business law courses, such as Corporations and Closely Held Business Organizations, students are able to elect from a large number of advanced courses. The business curriculum is revised regularly to reflect changes in financial and securities regulations and in the ways in which companies raise capital and deal with market risks.

Faculty

Joint Graduate Pathway
The College of Law offers a Joint Graduate Pathway with an MBA program, allowing students to earn both a J.D. and an MBA degree.
Research Areas
The College of Law has a strong research focus, with a Law and Economics Research program and a Law, Business and Economics Working Paper Series.
