Program Overview
Program Overview
The Department of Psychological Sciences offers a full-time program leading to a Master of Arts in psychology. This applied program provides students with the skills and practical experience they need to work in early intervention with children aged 0 to 5, and thus prepares these students to qualify for an Early Intervention Services Certificate (Developmental Specialist) through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.

Program Requirements
- Degree requirements include the completion of 38 credit hours of course work and placements, with 13 of these credit hours fulfilling the requirement of the Ohio Early Intervention Services Certificate.
- Students will be given opportunities to train in multiple placement sites, including hospital, school, and clinical settings.
