Program Duration and Requirements
The program is 48 months long, with the following requirements:
- 6 months as chief resident
- 34 months of OMS training
- 5 consecutive months of anesthesiology training (16 weeks adult anes, 4 weeks peds)
- 6 months of surgery, trauma, SICU, ENT, and plastic surgery training
- 3 months of internal medicine training
