Bachelor of Property Economics
The Bachelor of Property Economics is designed for individuals aspiring to enter the business, economics, or property sectors, offering a competitive advantage in a global market. Course Description
This course is designed to give students the specialized knowledge and insights needed to work in the property sector, focusing on practical capabilities like property management, valuation, market analysis, investment, and development. Students will also build a comprehensive transferable skillset in economics, planning, law, business, and finance that will support them throughout their career.
Course Structure
The course is offered on a three-year, full-time or equivalent part-time basis. Students will begin their studies by undertaking a number of core subjects, developing their broad knowledge of the property industry. They will then specialize their knowledge through a sub-major of their choice or pursue a wider educational experience through electives from across disciplines.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level. UTS: Design, Architecture and Building may consider applications based on the results of the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) if students lack academic qualifications but have extensive professional experience.
