The university program in question is a blended training program designed to strengthen the national capacity for sustainable infrastructure and building development in the Maldives. The program was delivered through a collaboration between Plus UTS, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and the South Asia Regional Infrastructure Connectivity (SARIC) initiative.
Program Details
The program combined face-to-face sessions and online modules to improve technical knowledge, practical knowledge, and policy understanding. The face-to-face workshops were held in the Maldives, emphasizing applied learning and interactive engagement. The online modules were delivered via the learning platform Canvas, allowing flexibility and broad accessibility.

- Positive feedback on the blended delivery model that allowed ongoing engagement and reflection
Program Collaboration
The program was co-developed with the Government of the Maldives and delivered through DFAT and SARIC's support. The collaboration aimed to provide an impactful training solution tailored to the needs of the Maldives, setting a foundation for stronger infrastructure outcomes in the region.
