To be eligible for admission, applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or an overseas equivalent, in a relevant field. Alternatively, applicants can have completed a bachelor's degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a profession closely related to property development.


English Language Requirements

International students or local applicants with international qualifications must meet the English language proficiency requirements, which include an overall IELTS score of 6.5 and a writing score of 6.0.


Recognition of Prior Learning
