Course Content

  1. Refresher: The facilitator revisits the fundamentals of Design Thinking and shares expert insights around common challenges.
  2. Practice in Action: Participants share real-world applications of design thinking principles, troubleshoot issues, and deepen practical skills through active learning in small groups.
  3. From Insight to Action: A facilitated discussion explores concrete examples, answers questions, and formulates actions to integrate design thinking into work.

Tish Creenaune is an Associate Director at the Institute for Public Policy and Governance, with over 30 years of experience as a public sector executive. She is a skilled facilitator in design thinking and innovation, having developed and customized innovation processes and methodologies to solve complex problems.
