The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Diploma in Industry Practice (Civil & Environmental) is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to succeed in the field of civil and environmental engineering. Program Overview
The program combines academic study with hands-on skills, providing students with a deep understanding of key areas such as mathematics, modeling, and project management. Students will acquire a wide range of competencies, including soil behavior, structures, geotechnical engineering, renewable energy, computations, surveying, water and environmental design, and planning.
Course Structure
The program consists of:
- 8 core engineering subjects
- 20 civil and environmental engineering major subjects
- 4 civil and environmental engineering specialist stream subjects
- 1 industry practice diploma
- 1 internship (2 x 24 weeks)
Admission Requirements
Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level. Eligibility for admission does not guarantee an offer of a place.
Tuition Fees
The indicative total tuition fee for government-supported domestic students is $50,130.00. Fees are reviewed annually and may change.
