The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management provides knowledge and skills in the field of human resource management (HRM), enabling students to develop expertise across the field of HRM and its issues, including employment relations and other management practices.
Course Description
This course is tailored for professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in human resource management (HRM) and employment relations. It offers a robust blend of theoretical knowledge and practical HRM skills, with the option to advance to a Master's degree upon successful completion.
Course Structure
Students will need to complete a total of 48 credit points consisting of eight core subjects.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to this course, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included)
- OR
- Completed bachelor's degree with more than 60% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included) AND a minimum of 2 years full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant post-degree professional work experience
- OR
- Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent AND a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT Exam) with an overall minimum score of 550, or Graduate Record Examination (GRE General Test) with an overall minimum score of 307 with verbal 148 and quantitative 156.
- OR
- A minimum of 4 years full-time or equivalent part-time, relevant post-secondary professional work experience AND a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT Exam) with an overall minimum score of 550, or Graduate Record Examination (GRE General Test) with an overall minimum score of 307 with verbal 148 and quantitative 156.
