Practical Legal Training (PLT) Subjects

PLT is offered through two courses: a program within the stand-alone Bachelor of Laws and the Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice.


  • The course consists of three subjects plus Practical Experience.
  • The subjects and the sessions in which they are delivered are:
    • 75422: Property and Commercial Practice (Transactional Practice, as called prior to 2025)
    • 75423: Litigation Practice (Litigation and Estate Practice, as called prior to 2025)
    • 75424: Skills and Wills Practice (Legal and Professional Skills, as called prior to 2025)
    • 75411: Practical Experience (65 days)
    • 75245: Lawyers in Practice
    • 75426: Practical Experience (20 days)
