UCR Health Clinical & Administrative Program (CAP)
The UCR Health Clinical & Administrative Program is an internship for pre-health students looking for a combination of clinical and administrative experience.
Mission
The mission of the program is to educate interns to embrace healthcare through a holistic lens and prepare aspiring healthcare professionals to be well-versed in both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
Application Cycle
The application cycle for the academic year is closed, but a new cycle opens every spring quarter for the following year's cohort.
Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be full-time UCR undergraduate students
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare

Responsibilities and Requirements
Commitment
Interns must commit to a minimum of six hours per week from June 2025 to June 2026 and have reliable transportation to the clinical & administrative offices.
