New Jersey Certified Public Manager Program

The New Jersey Certified Public Manager Program was created by Governor Thomas H. Kean through Executive Order No. 28 on January 13, 1983. This program is offered jointly by Rutgers University and Princeton University in association with the NJ Bureau of Personnel.
